The Infinity ST Series are the latest Digital Signal Processing (DSP) engines from Studer®, continuing the tradition of exceeding demanding processing requirements. Leveraging Infinity Core technology, the ST Series builds upon the highly scalable and fully redundant system to create the most flexible audio signal processing solution yet, with huge channel counts and without a single point of failure.
The Infinity ST Series has two sizing options to fit your signal processing needs: ST-550 and ST-1100. Both options provide native interfaces for SMPTE ST 2110 audio over IP and high-capacity A-Link connectivity over point to point fiber, with unrestricted distribution of over 6,000 I/O over short or long distances. Further, both options are available in two form factors: a full depth 2RU server and a 3RU short depth server geared for mobile applications (see Ordering Information for details).
Direct or network connectivity to the high-density modular I/O system can be used to break out the ST 2110-30 or A-Link connections to a myriad of standard analog, digital and AV embedded interfaces. The ST 2110-30 and A-Link interfaces also provide direct audio connections to a multitude of Evertz products, including seamless integration into the comprehensive SDVN system under the control of MAGNUM and VUE. This integration enables Studer® Vista consoles used in conjunction with Infinity ST to operate either as standalone or as part of a fully featured and comprehensive AV infrastructure.
